Hire a hand, or be one
Post what you need and helpers offer a price. To hire someone for $20 or more, you pay their price in HALL: it’s held until you mark the job done, then they’re paid (HALL keeps 10%). Smaller jobs you settle between you. When it’s done, you review each other, and helpers’ stars show next to their names.
