Delete your HALL account

In the app or on the website

Sign in to HALL (the app, or thegrandhall.xyz).
Open Settings from the menu.
At the bottom, tap Delete My Account.
HALL shows anything that has to be settled first (money held for a job, tickets to an upcoming event) and what deleting means for you. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away. It can’t be undone.

If you can’t sign in

Email support@thegrandhall.xyz from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my HALL account”. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 30 days.

What’s deleted

Your profile, photos, private messages, friendships and personal data.
Your sign-in, for good.
Your videos, podcast shows and articles come off HALL.
A HALL Pass bought on the website is cancelled, and Stripe is asked to redact your identity check.

What’s kept

Posts and comments you made stay up with your name taken off.
Records the law requires us to keep (payments, typically for 7 years; driver and trip records) stay under an account number with no name attached.
Files the law requires us to keep are held in private storage, only for as long as required.
