Technites LLC respects the rights of creators. Everything uploaded to HALL must be your own work or something you have permission to share. We remove infringing material when we are notified, and we close the accounts of repeat infringers.
If you own a copyright and believe something on HALL infringes it, send a notice to our designated agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; the work you believe was copied; a link to the material on HALL; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent with your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address. We may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless the complaining party tells us they have filed a lawsuit.
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices will be terminated.
